I have PCOS and usually do not have any periods unless my doctor gives me medicine to induce one. I took this supplement along with the peach perfect multivitamins and together they started my period within two weeks. I’ve been taking the peach perfect vitamins for about a year now and haven’t had any success with started my period until I added in this product to my daily routine. It dissolves perfectly into any beverage and has no taste. I usually mix mine in with my protein shake each morning!

Love this product it has done wonders for my light PCOS symptoms no weird side effects noticed differences in symptoms within a week or two. Less cramps on my period, and period more regular, more energy. I think this is a good quality vitamin/brand!

For whatever reason, these are easier to swallow than the Peach Perfect Myo-Inositol vitamins. I think they are a little smaller which I appreciate since it is 4 capsules per dose. I prefer these. I started them with a few other vitamins, and my skin has cleared up and hormones I think are sorting out as my period came the day after I started this vitamin regimen ( which was 4 days early) I’m hoping it was a reset. But I’m sleeping better, have good energy and focus, and have clear skin!

Works great for PCOS. Recommend for those would like it. It takes a while to kick in but over all good

As a woman with pcos it can be difficult day to day with its symptoms. Lack of sleep and no energy, the weight gain, Hair falling out. Pcos socks but this product helped with my energy and sleep patterns. It's worth a try.

Okay so I have irregular periods. But I’ve been taking this since June 4th. I literally got my period 9 days later. Haven’t had a period since January. I was also spotting for months and it stopped after taking this. So far this has worked. I know meds work differently for everyone but so far so good for me at least. It hasn’t affected my sleep or energy. Only thing I notice is it does make me pee a lot. Idk maybe just me. Hopefully it continues to work! Will update.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago. It came in time onetime. I've noticed that some of the capsules are not full! I'm not very pleased about that!I've bought these to avelliate my PCOS symptoms as ive seen on tiktok. I've been taking it for 2 weeks and I realize that im not as fatigued and I also dont crave sweets as much! So I'm happy about that. Fix the capsules though!
