A real nice drink
This was/ is a beautiful treat and surprise. It has a really nice dark amber colour, smells amazing, I. E, smells a little spicy a little banana bredy as you would expect. I LERSONALLY think it's drinking a bit hotter than 90 proof. It's got a really unique taste imho.. it's a real nice special pour to me, not a daily mixer by any means. DEFFINETLY WORTH A TRY. ESPECIALLY FOR RYE LOVERS.. 5*

Ignore the reviews about lack of box etc (unless you really, really, wanted the box) - what's important is the stuff inside. This is a wonderful drop. Way better than the standard rye variant which seems to be more style over substance. This is the real deal, a fruity as opposed to bone dry rye which is super smooth and too good to waste in a cocktail. The usual banana elements in JD is amped down too in this one which is no bad thing. Sip neat and savour. Anything around or under £40 is a bargain.

Great but not in green as advertised on here
The Item is fantastic and one of my favourites however I have not given it a 5 star as its advertised with a green label and it came in red which I already own as I am a collector

Il Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Rye è una vera scoperta per chi ama i whisky di qualità. Il sapore è ricco e ben equilibrato, con note intense e piacevoli. Considerando la qualità del prodotto, questo wishy ha un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo per chi vuole concedersi un distillato raffinato senza esagerare con la spesa.

Halt ein Richtig guter Kräftiger Roggen Whiskey und als Whiskey Soure ein Traum. Kommt in einem Grünen Karton ziemlich Wertig ist wie die Flasche auch. Er ist ein ziemlich Kräftiger Whiskey mit einer Rauchigen Note.

Immer in meinem Barfach neben einigen Single Malts. Ich mag ihn seit Jahren. Für unter 30 Euro schlag ich immer gerne zu.

M.E. eher ein weicherer aber trotzdem geschmackvoller Whiskey, der auch für Whisky/Whiskey Einsteigern gut geeignet sein dürfte.
