Impressed by the quality
I bought this clamp to support my green-screen pop-up and it absolutely does the job. What impressed me is the build quality of the clamp. It is solidly made and the clamp itself has a strong grip, which is what you need to ensure whatever you're clamping doesn't fall out. The adjustment knobs are easy to turn and the various ways in which the clamp can be adjusted make it a versatile and useful piece of kit to have. Recommended.

Excellent clamp
Having already tried a smaller clamp and struggled with it, I bought this and have to say it was perfect for holding a 2m x 1.5m collapsible background. It is very solid metal construction, and the clamp itself is wide and has a strong grip. The clamp could also be used for holding card or similar backgrounds/reflectors. It fits easily on top of a lighting stand and also comes with a 1/4” & 3/8” adaptor so can be used on a tripod. Recommended if you are looking for a heavy duty item.

Wonderful little gadget!
Use this all the time to hold my reflectors and it’s never let me down. Removes the need to have someone hold the reflector in place. One of those things that does exactly what it says on the tin. Considering the price, extremely well made and sturdy.

used to support plastic sheet
These are a tad expensive but nevertheless a good product. I use mine to support a plastic shelf horizontally 600 X 700 mm 3 cm thick very useful and robust.

Quality rather average (arrived rusty) but very, very useful
Most of my studio kit tends to be Bowens with some cheaper Calumet bits, so that is my comparison. This is my first Neewer product. I have some Calumet umbrella holders and they are much nicer than this Neewer - but a few pounds dearerThis Neewer is quite roughly made with less than great threads/fittings, the sprung part is particularly poorly painted and arrived rusty. The umbrella hole is also not angled also. For a tenner each against the slightly dearer Calumet version I was a pretty disappointed, hence 3 starsHaving said that, this is so useful. Seriously useful, I wish I had some years ago. I keep find more uses . . .I will probably use these until they break (which might be some time, they are solidly made, all metal construction) and then buy a better brand
