I've use this brand several years ago & been impressed. Kept it chained hanging from my stethoscope at work, took a lot of abuse & never malfunctioned not once. So far this product exhibit the same durability & reliability. It's small as it fits my needs & does what it's supposed to do. Ink tray slides out for refill. Previous owners of trodat products should find refilling easy. I use this to keep track of the kids drawings from daycare so they can appreciate their handiwork in the years to come. Delivery was prompt & only took a couple of days. Excellent & reliable little date stamp. Another reasonable purchase for me to keep coming back to amazon.

This stamp is the best. I use this a hundred times a day, and it's the perfect size to go inside those faxed/entered stamps. It's easy to align where you want to stamp. It's easy to change the date. Very useful. Seems durable. Easy to add ink. All around great stamp.

Good quality and easy to use. Loved the size. Great product.

Cheaply made. Very difficult to turn the rubber wheels to get the right date. Fingers have to get inked to try. Also no way to see the date that will be stamped without just stamping and guessing. Not worth the effort. Would definitely not recommend. I bought 2 for the great price but they were too bad to even donate. Trashed them.

Why a 4 star? Because it came in an a horrible box. the box that it came in was all ripped up and already in horrible condition. At least the stamp is still in great condition lol. It is really small, so if you think you're a messy person and lose things easily, i won't recommend it, but if you are great at keeping track of little things, this is the most adorable and efficient stamp ever. I love it!

Solid stamp, using it for quickly dating item cards and it is so much better than relying on my terrible handwriting.

The other reviews are correct, it leaves black ink on my fingers when changing the date. Also, hard to tell what date you're setting, because of the way the self inking works. You can't actually see the date you'll stamp because it is facing up into the stamp pad, just takes some getting used to, and if you're changing the date and stamping everyday, probably not an issue, since you just move the day ahead by one. Not a big deal, and not sure how to fix the problem, since I wanted the self-inking convenience.

It is perfect for contracts or other documents that require just a date stamped. No smudge, just a simple and easy tool to have in the office.
