No! This amp not suitable way to weak. You subwoofer needs 1100watts you need amp that makes 1100watts mono or two channel form. Have a look at BassFace DB1.1 Amplifier.

is this 300w per channel?

No, it is at most 15w per channel RMS. With one channel running at clipping it draws around 1.2A at 12v for me, which is 14.4W however yours may vary. This is still plenty loud for say a car subwoofer scenario as it still rattles every interior panel when paired with my carefully calculated and built enclosure with a 10" 4ohm driver, and runs off of a 2A fuse.

Great plug and play
