The human body has approximately two kilos of gut bacteria (the good kind!) which complement food digestion and aid metabolism. The gut microbiota are essential for producing vitamins and break down otherwise indigestible components. They also produce hormones which can affect our mood and overall health. Intestinal bacteria also play critical roles in maturing your immune system, and a disruption to the gut microbiota has been implicated in countless human diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, and even obesity and diabetes. Years ago I stopped buying the occasional supermarket-version of probiotic drinks (e.g. Yakult, Actimel - either of those two alone were just far too expensive for me). Quite recently, I decided to give probiotic tablets a try. I had previously purchased Vitamin D and Vitamin C tablets from Nu U Nutrition before and decided to see if I could find something else to 'just feel a little bit better'. And so I decided to go ahead with a purchase of their Probiotic tablets a try. As always, the quality of the tablets were excellent. I took one tablet in the morning with a glass of water. Later, it became clear to me how unaware I was of a few digestive problems I had before. Before, I had intermittent 'runny' movements, random bloating, even the odd deep intestinal bubble flux. I thought this was just part of the parcel of life. I never let it bother me too greatly. However, the very next day those symptoms began to dissipate... and let's just say I had MUCH healthier and cleaner toilet habits. It wasn't completely binary but I did certainly feel like I had more energy - probably because my food was being better digested and there was slight boost in my energy levels. I wasn't as sullen and lethargic towards the end of the day. I haven't looked back since. I cannot recommend these probiotics enough - you'll save HUNDREDS on those expensive probiotic drinks. The customer service Nu U Nutrition provides is superb. I am happy to keep on using these probiotics for as long as I can - each bottle lasts an astonishing 6 months! I have recommended this product to all my family and friends and have guided them to a truly outstanding book written by Giulia Enders called "Gut: The Inside Story of Our Body’s Most Under-rated Organ".

I've been taking probiotics for a number of years to support digestive health and find this brand to be reliable and well performing. I've used several of the leading brands and this product compares well at a significantly lower price point. My bowel tends to sluggishness and I can also experience digestive distress after eating my main meal. I usually take one or two with meals and if I am experiencing any additional discomfort I find another one significantly eases the symptoms. When used consistently, my elimination has improved.. This product seems to support good bowel function with no side effects and I am happy to move onto my second bottle and continue useage into the future. Because of using two-three capsules per day, this bottle lasted a little over a couple of months, and does not represent a six month supply as claimed. However, this is nonetheless a more affordable option than the main brands and seems reasonable value

I've taken probiotics off and on for 20 years, and now convinced 100% that they absolutely help those with certain disorders. Having suffered from GERD, for over 20 years, and had my gallbladder removed 18 years ago. My typical symptoms are, severe gas, & bloating, which can come immediately after eating, and can cause discomfort down my right hand side like a dull ache. Irregular toilet habits, constipated to diarrhoea, and this could be two movements within 30 mins of each other. Acid reflux at night especially if I've eaten too late or had a few drinks. I have been on the usual prescribed medicines but I've found these, at least for me also very hit and miss (more miss than hit). Regarding probiotics, I've tried many brands some good some not so....I've also had breaks in between where you forget to reorder or just think things are fine again so you don't take them for a few months and again for me the problems reoccur. So after a long lazy break of suffering I needed to take a daily probiotic again. My prior one worked fine but was pricey, so tried this one given its one a day, good mix of bacteria, and strength, and a great price for 6 months supply. I was sceptical regarding performance, given the price and qty, but after just 4 days and wow, everything back to normal. No more gas (than any healthy person), the bloating and pain has gone, and by day 4 my bathroom trips, dare I say it, something to look forward to...Obviously this might not be the same for everyone. Probiotics obviously work well with my issues and me personally, but I can certainly recommend this brand, based on my personal experience and results, and taking a probiotic daily will be part of my routine again for life...

I’ve been using these for a little while now and they seem fine overall, easy to take and no issues with the capsules themselves. Packaging is clear and it feels like a decent quality product, but I didn’t notice any major difference while using them. They’re not bad by any means, just nothing particularly standout for me compared to similar products. Might work better for others, but for the price I was expecting a bit more. Average overall.

Pas de souci pour la livraison j'ai déjà eu a faire a des probiotics avec les même ingredients a quelque chose près je peux affirmer que mes problèmes de diarrhée se sont résorbé en quelques jours par contre j'ai acheté le produit a19,97 euros 7jours apres la boite est a 9,97 euros tres déçu par le comportement commercial abusif une drôle de politique je me sent abusé

J'ai acheté la boite pour 25.99 euros en début octobre, et maintenant elle est à 9.99 euros - très bizarre cette fluctuation. Je l'ai acheté pour une amie qui souffre de troubles digestives depuis longtemps, et il semble qu'il y a une petite amélioration après avoir prise ce produit une semaine, mais reste que la fluctuation extrême du prix n'est pas correcte.

I ordered these Probiotic capsules after reading the great reviews left by others. I ordered this product for me, my son, and my husband. We have all had great results with these probiotics. My husband suffers from irritable bowel syndrome and feels that these probiotics have greatly decreased his stomach and bowel issues. My teenage son has severe acne and, when taking these probiotics in combination with his doctor prescribed antibiotics, his acne has definitely decreased. The antibiotics, alone, did not help the acne as well as the addition of the probiotics. For me, the probiotics have helped keep me free from illness, during flu season, and have kept my system regular. The bottle contains 180 capsules, so even with all three of us taking a daily capsule, the bottle will last for 2 months. We think it's a great value.
