This is an even sided hexagon. Each side is 6.29 inches. It is 10.91 inches from side to side (top to bottom) and its Vertex (left to right) is 12.59 inches.

It’s not the main purpose of these panels. You may have some noise reduction but the entire surface would need to covered. The lower frequencies will not be absorbed very well either.
