So good I've bought a second
I've been looking for a good baking sheet (not a tray) for ages and have finally found one. My mum has an old steel baking sheet which is nice and solid, doesn't bend or warp in the heat and can put up metal utensils and sharp knives, etc. I have found steel sheets, but they are way out of my price range, so I've been looking for something similar that's a bit cheaper and may have finally found it. It's nice and sold, doesn't bend or warp in the heat when in the oven. It heats up well and evenly, so you don't get patchy bakes and it puts up with metal utensils (including very careful slicing of a couple of things with a sharp knife). I've only used it in the oven so far, but have been thinking about getting an induction hob, so was also pleased to see that it will apparently work on that too. Add in a 25 yr guarantee from the manufacturer and you can't go far wrong. I'll definitely be looking at other things from this range when I need to replace my current equipment.

It doesn't warp
Great heavy weight non-warping baking sheet, perfect for biscuits, pastry bakes, pizzas & quiches/flans. It is a little on the small size IMO and I wish it had some sort of handle/grip to make it easier to remove from the oven. Still, it's a good piece of bakeware and way better than the cheap tins you find in the supermarket aisles. It is also easy to clean - if anything is really stuck on, I just soak the pan for a few minutes and that does the trick.

Pleased with this baking sheet.
Love this baking sheet, very sturdy, doesn't ping when it gets hot and splatter stuff on the top of the oven. Easily cleaned. Would have given 5 stars if the lip was a bit bigger to make it easier to take out of the oven, but not a big problem.

These are great
Sturdy, well made and great to use. I own several of these and other baking trays in the line. I was sick of buying non stick ones where the coating comes off, doesn't last long or my husband ruining them when he would make pasties (I make him use baking parchment now as a rule = less mess to clean). You do need to use them a bit to "season" them or things tend to stick to them, but after a whiles, not problems. These can handle even the clumsiest of husbands and disastrous cooks. although I would not advise it, unless you really have to, I had to take steel wool to one over burnt baked on greasy tray and the stuff came off; the husband tried his hardest to ruin it while I was in hospital for a few months and it was stuck on good as he would say, I think he didn't properly wash it between uses. My grandmother and mother always had these kinds of pots and trays in their kitchens. Non stick seemed like a nice solution to elbow grease of cleaning them, but it is false economy. whereas if you buy something good it lasts for years and baking paper helps too; not to mention when that black non stick stuff flakes off into your food and you injest it, that is kind of gross to think about. I went through 5 sets of non stick trays in 10 years, ranging from cheap to posj expensive, and one set of these trays has lasted almost as long as all of those combined. I finally rid of all my non stick pots and trays and I won't go back, sometimes the old ways are best. I use a chain mail scrubber and losts of soap now on the really hard stuck on stuff, and I put them in the dishwasher and they seem fine.

Easy to bake
Very good for small pieces like cookies, nuggets that I cook often. Easy to clean and practical to use. A very nice purchase.

Just ok,
I didn't realise that these were enamel. They're ok but theres no lip so any juices will run off the edge. Food tends to stick too.

Not a quality product
I was so excited to get this baking tray as it comes with a 25 year guarantee and I love MasterClass products they are always absolutely amazing for an unbeatable price. I’m the sort of person who had planned out exactly what I was going to bake to give it a thorough work out. Unfortunately the first one I received had a manufacturing defect on one side where the enamel wasn’t poured correctly and you could see down to the metal. And more upsettingly the enamel along the bottom edge was all cracked and had fallen off. It wasn’t in the box so I’m guessing somewhere at source. Had to be binned as the instructions say to discard if the enamel is chipped and this was so much more then just a chip! Thankful Amazon issued a refund and I ordered another to be sure, I really do love MasterClass. The second one luckily arrived without any chips, but there are definitely some minor bubbles under the enamel that have a few raised bumps about 5-6 clustered along the top centre of the tray. I suspect these will, in time, blister or chip and them this one too will join its predecessor in the bin. Not sure I would want to risk a round three. Personally I would go for the typical metal tray and not get this professional one as I have had sub standard products. Usually MasterClass are amazing so I am not sure if others have had similar issues but I would not recommend these trays to anyone I know.

Good quality
Slightly smaller than I would have liked, as it bends at one long side to make it easier to pick up. Apart from that it is very good for baking biscuits and the like.

Vedremo. Però dovreste controllare bene i prodotti che spedite.

on a toujours besoin de plaque, surtout quand on aime faire de la cuisine, elle est de bonne dimension et très facile à nettoyer même au lave vaisselle

If you are savvy about the harm to you and the environment that Teflon causes, you will love these pans. I do not even need parchment paper under the cookies, they just pop right off the sheet without the need to oil the surface. I use a wooden spatula, but instructions say metal ok because its enamel not ceramic coated.
