It’s easy to use - just mix with water, run a cycle, and rinse - and it doesn’t leave any odd smells or residue. The twin pack gives you two treatments, which is handy for regular maintenance. If you’ve invested in a good machine, this helps protect it properly. Highly recommended if you want to keep your coffee gear running like new

I had a small problem with my coffee machine the valve got stuck and the steamer wouldn’t work. I decided to try De’Longhi distilled water, and wow as soon as I poured it in and ran the steamer, everything cleared up immediately! I followed the instructions, rinsed a couple of times with water, and it worked like a charm. Honestly, this is just an excellent product really high quality and super effective. I’m so happy I tried it. Highly recommend!

This mini descaler works perfectly with my De’Longhi Dinamica and gets the job done effectively. However, after a few uses, I switched to the 500ml bottle because these smaller doses started to get quite overpriced compared to the larger option. If you only descale occasionally, this is convenient and easy to use. But for regular maintenance, I’d recommend the bigger bottle as a more cost-effective choice.

Works great for my De’Longhi machine. The product comes in a pack of two and the packet is the exact size needed for each descaling. Great price for the amount I need.

Good quality bags for a reasonable price. There are hardly any compostable bags on the market, or at least not with handles. If these are genuinely compostable without generating microplastics, then they are currently unbeatable.
