works very well for a day or so, I used it for airsoft and paint ball, had to reapply after a day or so of usuage.the bottle lasts quite a while even with using it a lot.easy instructions to follow and fits in a pocket nicely

Very good stuff to stop fogging on my airsoft eye protection. For best effect, spray on the night before and let it dry naturally. Good price and better than some other brands I have used.

Not sure if this is dependant on your helmet, but I have an Icon Airframe. My journey involves a decent open ride, then into slow and start-stop traffic regardless of lane splitting/filtering. When I first got it I used Muc-Off's cleaning spray to make sure my visor was clean (that product is great btw), then I used this and the next day tried it out in the cold morning. It works for about 30 mins, but once I get into slow moving traffic it beings to fog up. Admittedly it's better than it used to be, it kinda forms droplets rather than fog, which is better but nonetheless still unwanted.I figured maybe I didn't apply enough. So again I cleaned it and this time I absolutely covered it in this stuff, no chance of missing any spots or having too thin of a layer. Still the same thing occurred. This is just my experience, who knows maybe you will get a better result with a different helmet (not that this should make a difference tbh...).TL;DR: Kind of works, not worth the premium price though, and certainly doesn't work for a full trip, never mind 'up to 4 days'. So its a 3/5 from me - Kind of works, not good enough for the price.

Best product I e found so far for Airsoft especially in the UK where it's damp and your eye protection fogs.Simple to use, I found that leaving it 30secs before lightly wiping worked best.

Perhaps not one of the best anti fog solutions for swimming goggles due to them being constantly put in water and temperature changes. However saying that it does the job, it just needs reapply more regularly that it might do for visors, or other types of lenses.I sprayed some on each lenses a little while before using them and letting it try somewhat before hand. The anti fog does work, it just needs reapplying to ensure a fog free experience.

Ok, so I don't wear glasses (yet), so this review is mainly based off the opinions of my wife and my lad.I also purchased this product myself.I am well aware of the reputation of Muc-Off products and have used the bike cleaner for a while now (I should do a review of that) so there was a high level of expectation that came with this purchase.Suffice to say there is no disappointment!My lad loves to ride mountain and BMX bikes and frequently wears a full face helmet.This had resulted in a major issue with fogging of the glasses which irritated him a lot.A quick and simple spray of this stuff, wait 10-15 seconds then GENTLY wipe the glasses and you are set.No more fogging of glasses even in these recent very warm days. He won't go riding without this stuff now. Most of the time one application lasts the whole day, but it had to be re-applied a couple of times.The wife tends to use here spin bike more than an outdoor bike, but again the same problem was found and this stuff just fixed it!It really cannot be faulted and it is rare I say that about anything.If you wear glasses, regardless of exercise regime, you should have some of this.
