The percentage of coconut to water can be anything from 21/79 for a cheap one to 60/40 as in the cans of Arroyo-D. What are the %ages for this one?

On the ingredients section of Grace Premium Coconut milk it says 'Coconut Extract (75%), Water'. I assume water is 25%. The consistency of this milk is thick, a very good quality. I would buy it 100 times unless the price goes up.

Can anyone tell me if this brand of coconut milk is heat treated (UHT)? Thanks

I don't know but it does not say so on the package. I use a third of the box and add filtered water to make it upto 1 litre as it is very rich. I freeze the rest and use as required, so it works out very cheap. It also makes lovely kefir. It is purely 75% coconut extract plus water compared to about 8% coconut milk, water and other additives in the popular supermarket coconut milk products. I love it.

Does it store well at room temp until I need to use it?

Hi there, Sorry for the late response. It stores well in the sense that it doesn't goes off if this is what you mean. The only slight issue is that it becomes more creamy and solid over time and it not that liquid anymore. So it can become a little bit messy. However when we open a pack we spoon the rest of the pack into a glass and store it in the fridge where it becomes more solid which we don't mind. We use it in coffee and tea as a dairy substitute all the time and for Thai curries and the taste is great. The best coconut milk we ever bought and without any of the nasty ingredients and stabilisers it usually comes with.

Why has the suddenly gone from £24 to £36 for 12L? There is no shortage of coconut milk and its cheaper to buy direct from the Grace foods.

Not sure when this question was posted but currently, the price is £27.79. It has gone up quite considerably since I first bought it. Another reason to not buy it anymore.
