Bose SoundLink Micro Bluetooth Speaker - Bright Orange

I chose this Bluetooth speaker because the specifications seemed ideal for my requirements. I was looking for a stylish speaker to hook up to my phone so that I could listen to music on holiday, especially in my hotel or on the beach. I particularly wanted a speaker that was robust enough to take travelling, and could withstand the risks of knocks, or moisture. For me sound quality is top of the list, and for my purposes this speaker has sufficient volume and clarity and definitely met my expectations. I managed to source a case for the speaker, in a matching colour orange, so this was a bonus as it provides additional protection when not in use, and it keeps the cable secure. Bose is a renowned brand and for me this was the icing on the cake, as the purchase price seemed reasonable for such a quality product.

I’ve never owned anything ‘Bose’ before I’ve always assumed you’re just paying for the name. I now have two of there and have to say they are the best sounding speakers I’ve ever had. They don’t half pack a punch considering the size of them and they take music to another level. It took me a while to work out how to sync them both up so they played together in different parts of the room (basically, download the app and turn on ‘Party mode’) but when I did it was like wearing quality invisible headphone. Really impressive. I bought the orange one as they had £25 knocked off them and couldn’t care about the colour. Not cheap no but I personally think they are worth every penny especially if you don’t have room for ‘music centre’, these basically do the exact same job but are the size of two wallets (ish) Top class. ** just a heads up that the second one that I bought of these died completely after 1 - 2 days. Thankfully it was 1 - 2 days and not outside it’s return window otherwise I’d been pretty annoyed as I didn’t purchase the ‘insurance plan’. It wouldn’t charge, let alone be ‘found’ on Bluetooth or the App (and no I didn’t drop it in the bath or anything like that ) which has made me slightly wary about the first one now. It still works fine, blimey it’s been less than 5 days so it better, but would like to see if this too dies dramatically before ordering a second one. So I’ve returned it for a refund, luckily I kept all the packaging and instructions etc. Probably (hopefully) just a fault or a ‘refurbished’ one was sent out, badly refurbished at that although it all looked brand spanking new. Who knows, I’ll update if the first one goes the same way, which is doubtful IMO.

It’s a great little speaker, great bass and sound, but I was a little disappointed that it didn’t have a way of making it stand up, so I have to use it with it lying on it’s side, it does not, however detract form the great sound coming from it, and I like the fact it lets you know what % battery charge is left and that it is connected to what device. Considering it connects automatically, I don’t see what was the need to download the Bose App

Great sound as you'd expect from a Bose speaker. Use it in the house, take it on holiday to use in the room and by the sun lounger, perfect!

I have two of these now and love them so handy at work on beach at home and the sound considering so small is amazing and loud battery life is good and very fast to charge plain and simple to use either via app or Bluetooth liked so much i brought two although other one was from curry's to be honest but either way you will not be disappointed

The sound quality is very good for a small speaker and the rugged design is great for away day trips and camping. Battery life is good and the charge LEDs are good to tell you what battery remains, plus it reads it out on start up. The only issue is with 2 phones connected on Bluetooth when someone is using using their phone for something else the sound from the other phone can break up, resulting is someone having to turn their Bluetooth off.

I love this mini speaker. I was given its big brother a year ago and so I decided, since I often listen to the radio in the morning, I would buy a little one for upstairs. I say “little“ but it’s certainly not that little in sound - it’s superb! Because of the waterproof surface I take it into the shower room in the morning as well, being careful not to test the waterproofing so much! The instructions say the speaker needs to be with 30 feet, but in my experience it needs to be as near as 15 feet, with any intervening walls either!

This speaker is great. It is small to fit in any bag, loud enough and good quality sound, water proof and great design! Buy it!!! And Worth it the money!! There isn’t an aux port, only Bluetooth but it work very well

El sonido es excelente y tiene unos grabes que no es frecuente oír en dispositivos tan pequeños (poco más que la palma de una mano) pero no es un altavoz para grandes espacios y su uso es más bien individual. El máximo nivel de volumen parece bajo al principio pero hay que entender que es muy pequeño. Por eso es ideal para usarlo en cualquier actividad sin molestar a terceros. Se adapta con sencillez y seguridad a cualquier cinturón, correa, etc. Indica el nivel de batería al encenderlo y la duración supera con creces las 6 horas que garantiza la marca. También se puede sincronizar con otro altavoz del mismo modelo y oír el sonido en estéreo por lo tanto supongo que el volumen será mayor, pero eso no lo sé.

Bonjour J avais déjà testé ce produit à la Fnac. J ai pu le comparer aux autres enceintes bose... Alors certes, les plus cher sont de meilleur qualité, après faut savoir ce que l on veut exctement selon son utilisation. Pour ma part cette petite enceinte passe partout me convenait amplement. Et je suis contente du rendu Qu elle donne niveau son de par sa petite taille! Commande de couleur orange , plutôt sympa le rendu. A voir dans le temps si elle fonctionne toujours ... mais on est rarement déçu par bose. Contente de mon achat. Merci

Bose quality construction and sound. Now this has some bass. 🤙 In the field of mini speakers this one actually has some bass. Pair 2 of them together and it starts to rival some of the best bluetooth speakers out there in the mid class. The sound quality is good. Connectivity is quick n easy pairing is fast with zero fuss. You don't need the app to do anything. 👍Haven't experienced much latency issues. There might be a fraction here or there but nothing that is drastically noticeable. Nice rubberized texture button press is good and the strap looks like it won't secure that well but it does. The way it hooks on feels easy and lose but it's not its secure. 🤔 I threw in a pic next to a JBL Go 2 for size comparison. This has more bass but costs 3xs more than the JBLs which also sound good but don't quite have as much deep bass as this does. The $99 price is certainly better than the original price when it came out but it's still a little high. If you see this sucker on sale don't hesitate and buy 2. The small compact size is really convenient. Battery life is ok charge time is ok too nothing extraordinary or wonky. Although this is waterproof watch out because it does not float. 😕 Overall this has the satisfying bass I was looking for in this type of speaker and it is completely worth purchasing in this form factor. 😎

I have used it for my car for a while when my car audio was broken. Its sound is great and the volume is good enough even driving on a highway. Bluetooth phone quality is good I guess the mic works well too. Now the car audio is fixed so I am using it in the shower booth and outdoor. The water resistance works very well too. Plus I love the colour too! I listen to music with google nests since they're around me at home but if I'm going somewhere where I cant take nests with me, I always bring this. The battery is good too. I don't have to charge it so often. And you can plug it while you listen to something anyways. Enjoying this product ever since :)
