Is this pump repairable? Where can parts be purchased?

All you need is thin flat rubber or nitrile sheet. Take the old diaphrams apart and make new with the rubber sheet. I've only had one of these pumps that I couldn't get to work, they are solid and reliable. I bet I run mine for a year on average before I start to notice the airflow drop some, then I know it's time to clean it out real good and replace the rubber diaphrams. You can find several nice vids that show it barney style on Youtube. I hope that helps!

What is the size of the hose fitting, and to what depth is there usable air flow? Can it pressure a stone at 4 feet?

The threaded connection is very small, smaller than 1/8" MIP (could be metric), so I could not find a fitting at my hardware store. To have the best airflow, I connected a 5/16 ID hose to the fitting (this fit better than 1/4"), and then put a 1/2" ID hose on top of that so most of the length of the tube was 1/2", so there was very little pressure drop. I did the same thing on the manifold side. In my opinion, 1/4" is too small, and it causes too much back pressure.

Has anybody figured out how to stop pump from over heating

It run's warm to hot that is why it shape is of a heat sync , I keep a small fan on mine and it has been running almost 1 1/2 years non-stop,they are pretty durable..
