Will this polish bring the shine to marbel after water stains

Wax does not clear any stains. It just protects the surface after it has been polished. To get rid of the stains I use diamond pads with different grits. I use for my table grits of 800, then 1600 then 3000. The first pad is to remove any dirt, the second is to smooth the surface, the third is to give the surface a mirror effect. Whilst polishing by hand one has to make sure the surface is wet at all times. It takes me about a day of almost continuous polishing for about 2 square ft of the table. Only after finishing with the last diamond pad and the surface is shiny, one should put the wax as a protection and should repeat the wax treatment every other week.

Can this be used on my brown marble coffee table??

Use Marble Wax to clean and polish, marble, stone, slate and granite. It will remove oil and light stains whilst enhancing the finish.

can it be used on brick doorstep ?

Sorry, I have only used it on marble side tables in the front room and bathroom surrounds...works a treat , I think brick would be far too absorbant and it would be a waste ...maybe try a brick varnish from a day store?

Can this be used on granite worktops where food is being prepared?

There is nothing written on the tin to suggest you can't use it on kitchen worktops where food is being prepared, I have used it on mine, plus you apply with one cloth and then buff to a shine with a second cloth, so shouldn't be any residue that would come off the worktop.
