Q: How do I use the prep? When do i apply it and what do i do it with? Before or after nails are painted?

You put a small amount of the prep on to a pad and wipe it over your nails before you paint them. Once you have done the top coat, put some more on to a pad and wipe over all nails to remove the stickiness.

Q: Can this be used before applying acrylic to dehydrate the nail?

I use the nail prep & polish wipe pre and post gel nail polish, I am not sure if it is suitable for acrylic nails.

Q: Is this product suitable for use with Shellac?

Hello, yes this can be used with shellac and all types of gel polish.

Q: Does this remove shellac polish effectively?

Yes it does. but for best results I would advise you to cover your nails for 1 to 2 min with kitchen aluminium paper once you apply the gel remover on your nails, it helps remove it even better.
