Q: is it like a cream or hard core wax? I am more after something soft like Brylcream?

It's more of a wax. Not hardcore like dax though. It gives your hair a nice shine almost wet look depending on how much you use. It's really easy to wash out as it's water based. It's like a transparent solid wax but it's still quite soft

Q: is it good for creating curls and do. u use it on damp or wet hair?

I have no idea whether it creates curls, as I have very short hair. But I have found, that it styles more effectively when your hair is damp. I hope I've been of some help.

Magnesium nitrate. I ain't got a clue what they are but that's what it contains. I've been using it for years and had no problems with my hair
