Been taking these for a couple of weeks. Had previously had approx 3-4 nights a week where I had been awake from around 2am till 5/6am. Since taking these I have only had one badly disturbed night - not 100% convinced that’s down to these pills but it’s definitely worth a try if you’re experiencing similar sleepless issues!

Otherwise I just take it at bedtime.
