This is easy to use and seems to give an accurate reflection of the wine in the bottle, though I have not cross-checked it so can't confirm. Certainly, it appeared to indicate the temperature I expected when consuming red wine. Not yet used across other wine types. I am happy with the purchase in both style and functionality.

Great filler gift!
Gave this to a friend for christmas who doesnt have loads of fridge space, so its good for him taking drink out of him cabinet and cooling it to the right temperature in the fridge just before drinking. Took off a star as he has some slightly skinnier bottles and embossex bottles that it doesnt fit flush against, so it doesnt give a good temperature reading on. Good add on present or stocking filler for a booze lover.

Good value, easy to use, doesn’t require batteries
Easily adjusts to fit around full-size (70/75cl) bottles of wine from slim German Rhine wines to wide champagne bottles. Large digits display the temperature in Celsius and are consistent with other household thermometers so I believe it’s accurate for it’s purpose. Very good value compared to more expensive digital thermometers that require batteries unlike this one.

A nice gift for your family or friends. Does need some time to adapt to the temperature of the bottle and does not fit all bottles (sometimes the bottles are too small or too big). Just don't keep it in the refrigerator since it will just show the temperature of the fridge.
