I purchased this item to use for my Christmas Dinner and I cannot wait to host my guests. This will definitely add some touch of class to the presentation of my meal.

Arrived earlier than expected, great !However there are few scratches on the stand base and some smoke stains on burner and underside of the pan, I paid for new item but this one seems used. A bit disappointed in that sense!The outer bowl is same size as inner which doesn’t allow enough water, and actually on heating the water was splashing out of sides which caused a burn on my hand. I feel the design is flawed, the outer bowl should be more deeper than inner one!!The frame is not very sturdy. Please handle it carefully when in use.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM AS IT DOES NOT COME WITH A WATER BOWL THAT WILL WARM THE FOOD SO YOU CANNOT USE THE CHAFING DISH WITHOUT IT.USELESS PURCHASE.I can’t actually complain as I bought this because it’s the cheapest however the quality will not last a long time as compared to other chafing dishes that I have.I actually received 2 food dishes but no water dish so how can you warm the food without the water dish and I can’t warm the food directly as it will burn both the food and the actual dish/pan.I have contacted the seller but no response in days.I want to know if they can send me the water dish otherwise this is no use for me.SELLER SAID WOULD SEND REPLACEMENT FOR WATER BOWLS BUT AFTER 2 MONTHS- STILL NOTHING.SELLER OFFERS A REFUND OF £6 ??? I SAID NO AS I NEED THE WATER BOWLS
