Highly recommended!
Pros:1. Essentially sardines in water with no added salt!2. However it tastes extremely good!3. Sprats have higher Omega 3 content than sardines!4. To me the best part is actually the water because it’s like drinking sprat essence!Pros/Cons:1. The bones are hardly noticeable and personally I prefer the crunchiness of larger bones in sardines. I’m also not sure if the scales have been removed but I would have preferred with scales as well. However some people may find this as a plus point.2. I think there’s less fishiness than sardines but personally I love more fishiness.3. The tin comes packed in a paper box so there won’t be any contamination on the surface. However this contributes to extra waste.Cons:1. A little pricy but it’s worth for the quality of the product!2. I read that sprats have higher natural sodium and fat content than sardines, but it’s probably why it tastes so good even with no added salt! Most other sardine products come with mediums that contribute to extra sodium anyway.Overall very satisfied. Bought only 1 pack to try but certainly will buy again!

Delicious and excellent quality
Until I found these sustainably fished sprats produced in Scotland, I had stopped eating fish over the past few years after watching the film Seaspiracy. I know that fish are healthy food source but the effects on the environment and the inhumane practices of most commercial fishing and fish farming were the reason I gave up eating fish. I’m so happy to have now found this product! They are delicious, nutritious, look lovely, and not at all salty. Thee only ingredients are sprats and spring water. My cat also loves the drained water and I give her a small piece of fish in it as a treat. She loves it, too.

Bought for my Labrador's healthy fish treats in spring water
If my dog could write this review, she would certainly say they are her favourite treats, so good for her clear skin & glossy black coat

Tasty and healthy
Tasty and healthy as in spring water not brine or oil so versatile as can add your own flavours. Had mine with lemon juice and capers.

Great for dogs
My dog loves these. They are the only ones I can find without added salt so they are healthier for dogs. I love the plastic free packaging too.

Boxer dog loves them.
Punk, our Boxer dog absolutely loves these sprats in spring water! We feed him them as a topper with his regular food or as an occasional treat. Yes, they're quite expensive, but dogs are here for a good time, not a long time!
