Highlights your poor teeth cleaning technique
Did the usual 2 minute electric toothbrush clean, then chewed on a tablet. Mouth became blue! Shocking how much surface area & between gums I had missed… highlighted the necessity of flossing and concentrating when teeth cleaning. Does stain tongue but mouthwash reduces colour.

Interesting for my kids
I bought these as my kids become more independent in brushing their teeth so they can have a better awareness of the plaque they are missing. Apparently they taste horrid, but not so horrid that they were keen to do it again. It was certainly interesting for the boys to see exactly where they are missing - certainly clearer and more impactful than me having a look and telling them to try again.
