Q: how many drops,do I put in doesn’t say

It depends on how you are using it: I have used essential oils for the past 40 years so I exert caution with certain oils and blends and so should everyone. As a rule, you should not really apply an undiluted essential oil directly onto your skin but blend a few drops in a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, avocado) etc. It should not be applied close to the eyes, mouth, nose. I find that this particular product works best if used in an essential oil nebuliser. Then, I would recommend using between 20 and 30 drops (our living-room is large and our windows ajar most of the time). Adjust the amount used to the size of the room (where the nebuliser is). I’d recommend a modicum of ventilation, especially if you have infants in the room. If you have an essential oil burner (to use with a tea-light), then pour some water before adding say 10 or so drops of the essential oil / blend, otherwise the oil will burn and the resulting smoke will no doubt have the opposite effect on your lungs! It would also be a waste of a good quality oil blend. I adore the smell of this particular product and I am convinced it is soothing to my lungs and help clear my sinuses etc. I used to make my own blends in the 80s and 90s, still do, but I also use such blends as the Puressentiel ones as I find them to be of very good quality. Q: Can i use this oil in hot water inhaler?

You could do an inhalation over a basin of hot water containing a few drops of the mix (with a cloth over your head) but go easy on the essential oil as you could burn your eyes if any is splashed into them! I use mine mostly in my essential oil diffuser so as to freshen the air at home or mixed with a dash of oil in water in my oil burner. I have used Puressentiel products for more than 10 years and they use quality oils. I recommend them.

I do not think it will have much effect in a reed diffuser, however, I have not tried it so cannot really help. It could work! Do not mix with anything is my advice. It is a lovely product which I use in diffuser that diffuses throughout room.

Soothing and effective for stuffy noses

Best diffuser oil I’ve used!

Honestly, I am so impressed with this diffuser oil. After using it in my diffuser lamp once I already purchased a different blend from the brand!!Lovely scent, not too overpowering but also strong and effective. I normally use low end cheap brands and make my own blend or sometimes splurge on a leading brand. But I will definitely be using this in future!Big bottle. Well, bigger than the standard size which makes it such brilliant value for money too.Can’t fault it really.

Must have in winter months

Love this product! It’s a must have if you suffer from colds or a bad chest in the winter. I have ordered 2 bottles one for myself and one for my sister, one arrived broken but the seller sent out another one free of charge. Extremely happy with this product just pop a few drops in a Water diffusor or in a bowl of warm water and the scent fills the room and aids breathing within minutes.

Lovely natural product

I really like this. I have bought quite a few oil blends from this company. This 30ml bottle of an essential oils blend for use with diffusers. I bought a lovely one on Amazon a few years ago and the oil is dripped into the reservoir of water and once the lid is replaced it gives off a fine mist of essential oil fragrance. I love it! This is the Diffuse Zen; Relax Blend.It conyains 10 essential oils (Shiu Wood, Cajuput, Roman Chamomile, Common Lavender, Lavandin Grosso, Marjoram, Orange, Palmarosa, Petit Grain Bitter Orange, Sandalwood Amyris. Totally calming and soothing. I meditated as I inhaled this one in my bedroom. Lovely smell and although relaxing it was also refreshing.
