Handy for magnetic white boards!
I have two large magnetic white boards at home and have been searching for a long time for some perfect magnets to hold up all my material.I've tried various magnets trying to find one that suited my needs:- It had to be strong so that it couldn't get knocked off or blown off by wind.- It had to be small as not to cover any writing or diagrams.- It had to be easy to put on and get off.I stumbled across these magnet and to be honest I was a little sceptical, at only 2mm thick and being strong neodymium magnets I was wondering how on earth I'd be able to get these off again! (I'll get to that soon enough!).So first of all I was very happy with the quality of these things. The coating it has is perfect and looks polished, it won't attract dirt easily so you don't have to worry about keeping them clean. They have a strong hold, but because of low shearing force you can slide each magnet off the top of the row without a problem. Did I mention they were strong? I now tend to hold up any sheet of paper and just flick a magnet towards it and it just snaps on. Try it with any other magnet and it'll just bounce off and roll away, but not so with these! They hold everything on securely thanks to its 480g of force, gusts of wind will struggle to blow anything off, meaning I won't have to go around picking up sheets of paper and re-locating any magnets that fell off anymore. 480g!! If that was sugar it'd be enough to bake a cake, several in fact. Now being only 2mm, you'll probably be thinking "they'll be too thin and hard to get off because I have fat thumbs". NOT SO! Not only is the 2mm thickness helpful in reducing the magnetic forces (at least compared to the 3mm version with 720g of force) so you can always give whatever sheet of paper a tug away from the board and the magnet will fall off without tearing anything. But a much better approach I discovered was to use the row of unused magnets as a magnet picker. Simply take the row of magnets find the right pole and stick it to the magnet you're trying to remove, then pull the lot off and voila! Its a very handy and neat way to remove the magnet. Better still, the row of magnets themselves will stick to the board and act as a dispenser. Just slide the last one off of the top and you're ready to go.So there you have it! A strong, small, and easy to use magnet thats perfect for magnetic whiteboards, notice boards, and magnetic picture holders. All of that makes for a very attractive little magnet. (all puns intended) =D

Work as expected
Quite strong and do the job as intended for my needs. Would definitely buy more if needed to.

Minute magnets
Quite small and powerful for the size. Personally I would have liked them to be thinner at 1.5mm, but then I possibly would loose some of the pulling power??? Useful little things, handy for fridge magnet replacement, notice board stuff etc etc...

Always Reliable
I've used these magnets for a while, and they've always performed very well.I use them to secure miniatures for storage and transport in combination with a magnetic sheet in a box, and I can happily turn the box upside down without the miniatures moving. I eventually stopped using multiple magnets on most bases because I was happy with the strength of a single magnet!

Very strong for their size.
These are perfect for so many things. Small and powerful. You'd be surprised what they can lift.

Dimensionally accurate, can't complain!
In comparison to some other Amazon sellers, these magnets are dimensionally accurate and of very good quality.

PERFECT FOR MODEL ACCESS HATCHES
needed a way to attach the superstructure to the deck of an RC battleship but allow me to access the electronics inside without having to unscrew screws and these do the job very nicely. I just drilled out holes the same diameter as the magnets and secured them with epoxy to the deck and superstructure making sure the epoxy covered the magnet contact surfaces with a thin layer to prevent shattering or chipping, 0.5mm thick is enough for the epoxy to protect the face of the magnet and still have enough pull to secure the superstructure, by adding magnets one at a time I was able to get the superstructure to release when I wanted it to and hold as tight as I wanted as well. perfect for model makers of all types and will order more when needed without question.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
