Organic Instant Chicory Drink 2 x 100g jars

I stopped drinking normal coffee 2 years ago. I was looking for an alternative instead of it. This cicory coffee is the best solution for me. Its taste is nice and soft. I add collagen powder to the caffee as well so it is a beauty drink. It is good for my skin and my gut. Cicory has prebiotic.

Very good quality product,This is a nice coffee substitute which tastes very nice it tastes slightly like coffee but not completely.It comes in a light powder form and very easily dissolves into hot water you can then add milk and sugar like a normal instant coffee.This Instant Chicory drink is made from the root of the chicory plant, which has been grown without the use of artificial chemicals it's then carefully cut, split, dried and roasted using processes which have been certified to ensure that your instant chicory drink is free from chemicals.Id definatly recomend this if you can't have coffee or tea it's a great substitute.I've added video and photos with this review for your convenience.

Love this stuff, tastes like a healthy coffee and I enjoy it with some almond milk and honey. Much better as no caffeine, recommend to anyone who does or doesn’t like coffee even!

Pleasantly surprised at the taste. I take my coffee half water and half milk-heating up the milk as cold milk spoils flavour of any coffee. It is pleasant and can't tell the difference between my usual brand of caffeine coffee and the Chicory cup. My daughter prefers it for health reasons and we both are happy with the taste.The price is comparable to current prices of coffee and will definitely purchase again.

This really surprised me...it's better tasting than most instant coffees that I've tried (which presumably are actually trying to taste like coffee!) I made it with about 2/3 cup of boiling hot water then filled the rest of the cup with milk (didn't bother with the "frothing" step) and added a spoon of sugar. It's really pretty good, very smooth and unctuous, full of flavour kind of like a dark toffee. I will cut the sugar in half next time as I don't think it needs it. I'm looking to phase out coffee and caffeine from my everyday routine, and this is better than the Clipper Super Special Organic Decaf (instant) coffee I'd been using. Can't yet testify to the many purported health and GI benefits of chicory, but very happy with the taste and texture. Yum!

I enjoy coffee made using good freshly ground beans in a cafetiere with frothed milk. However I also ration my coffee consumption to no more than 1 cup per day, and often less, in order to avoid developing a tolerance and accompanying need or craving for the caffeine. The dilemma this has created is that I want to enjoy a coffee-like drink without the caffeine more often than I can.Prior to trying this Chicory Drink I've tried several types of decaf coffee beans but have not discovered any that I really enjoy.This instant chicory doesn't have the same taste as coffee, no way, but it is similar enough in terms of aroma and taste and mouth-feel that for me, it does work very well as an *alternative* to coffee. I personally find it entirely satisfies my desire for a coffee-like drink in a way that no other beverage has. I am sorry to have to write a bad review. The taste is good. I think I have a very sensitive stomach. I was sick after drinking it but then I had stomach cramps after drinking the other coffee substitutes (whole earth, etc.). All these are better than coffee definitely (coffee takes away iron and vit d3 so brittle bones) but personally my stomach refuses these substitutes. If your stomach s not too acidic then ignore my review and buy it.
