Does it get rid of ring worm?

Yes it got rid of ring worm on my daughters leg ,also cleared up jocks itch on my husband too ......

Can I use it on my face? I have the infection between my nose and upper lip.

If it's a fungal infection yes you can use it on your face but not on your mucous membranes and not around your eyes. You'll need something else for that. Barely any smell to it either.

Will this cream work on my hands

if you have a fungal infection on your hands then it should kill that fungus. Meanwhile avoid wearing gloves & keep hands completely dry especially between fingers & fingernails. Discard any gloves or treat with a spray. Wash items with 'Halo washing liquid' available from most supermarkets, This kills fungus at low temps. Avoid eating with fingers once applied or touching eyes or nose because it will upset the balance of natural yeasts which have a job to do in keeping bacteria & other pathogens down. Good luck!

Can I use it on my scalp?
