Incredible. I was prepared for the worst after mistakenly believing I was handy with the bleach and over a few months I almost wrecked my hair. I had to have a few inches chopped and I was lucky I still had some. I was resigned to growing out the rest of the damage. I thought I'd give this a try as the demarcation line was very stark against my natural colour which is now white/grey. I had dyed it a light brown after dying it blonde. After using every conditioner known to man to try and improve things I was a little sceptical but ready to try anything to avoid a pixie cut. Nothing wrong with them of course but I just don't have the face to properly carry one off. After using this I was speechless. It's absolutely fantastic. After resembling a bale of straw since last November my hair is silky and manageable and looks much healthier. I can't recommend this enough and best of all, no further breakage. Second box ordered.

This product is not awful, hair doesnt seem damaged much, however there was very little to no lift. Have to go over with proper bleach.

I bought the 12-0 and 10.2, in case something went terribly wrong and I had to use the second box to try and save the hair. My hair was previously bleached, and had been dyed with Schwarzkopf's Live Cool Rosé. So it was a very light blonde with a hint of pink, with about 2cm of brown root regrowth.I wasn't sure how it would take to the bleached hair, so I used the stronger dye, 12.0, first. I mixed it in a plastic dye pot with a plastic brush for easier application. The smell is what you'd expect from a permanent dye, but it wasn't eye-wateringly strong. Applied nicely - I have used "dryer" dyes before and have struggled with covering my just-below-shoulder length hair, but one box of this covered it (but with not much left over - don't be too generous with it). I left it on for about 35 minutes without covering it.The result: well, this isn't bleach. Don't expect a huge difference, as the lift only goes UP TO 4 levels. However, I would like to note that my brown roots have become a very light strawberry blonde, *almost* blending in with the rest of my hair which is now a lighter blonde with slightly less pink in it. Honestly, this was a risky move from the start, but I did not want to reach for the bleach straight away. My hair is very soft at the moment - the conditioner provided with the dye was surprisingly thick, which felt a lot like a very rich hair mask - I was pleasantly surprised. Cannot comment on the additional (nice touch!) conditioner which is designed to be applied 3 weeks post-colouring yet, but from what I have already seen and used, it will likely leave your hair nice and soft.I am not left too disappointed as the dye did what it was supposed to do. I will apply the 10.2 in a few days' time in an attempt to even the colour all over.I would recommend this dye (12.0 specifically) as I think it will work quite well on natural hair.
