Q: How deep is the pan? Two or three inches?

It is 2 inches deep. It doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. I have no regrets.

Q: what are the pans interior dimensions?

The inside dimension of the 13 x 9 pan is 12 x 8 , hope this helps. It is a regular size 9 x 13 pan they are all this size inside , I measured my old one and it's the same. This is a really great pan , Wilton is the best and I bake a lot.
