I was mislead by false answers to this question. This treadmill IS very noisy, not so much from your feet on the running belt, but the high-pitched, distorted beeping sound it makes EVERY TIME you press a button.

Q: Can I customize a program. For example, I want to sprint for 2 minutes, walk for a minute.

System has number of built in programs which may suit your need. I personally set the time and alternate speed/incline to achieve a walk/run routine. If seller is still operating during Covid 19, they will reach out as part of their pre-sales routine. Wise investment if you are considering to buy.
