The best interdental brush there is,
This is by far, an essential dental health tools for all adult and teenagers. (children need parental help for safety to prevent swalloing).Unlike wire-based interdental brush, this is sturdy and reliable way to clean between the teeth, and at the same time massage teh peridonal area (gum).Especially when there is tartar build up, merely dental flossing shall not remove the stain. Regulary combing this brush with dental floss helps overall dental hygienes. Together with large headed toothbrush (such as Radius), we can prevent gum diseases with regular brushing, after eash meal.In additon, we use different toothpaste for brushing. This is to prevent particular germs developing resistance to the toothpaste. This can be done, for example, use normal toothpaste in the mornings, then baking-soda based toothpaste in the daytime (after lunch), and salt-based or non-fluoride based toothpaste in the nightime.Preventive measure such as using this interdental keep your teeth healthy for long time.

Much better than wire brushes.
Really good interdental brushes.PROS:* I love the fact that they are tapered. It means you can at least partially fit them through even the smallest of gaps but for bigger gaps you can still get a good clean.* Fantastic price compared to competitors.* Stay rigid longer than wire brushes I have used.CONS:* After a couple of uses they do tend to become too flexible to be effective.* Sometimes bits of the blue rubber tip come off in your mouth.Overall a really good product. It's not ideal that bits of the blue rubber tip flake off in your mouth but so long as you rinse your mouth out thoroughly after use I don't personally think it's a major problem. Much better than the wire alternatives which feel like you are trying to file in-between your teeth and bristles can pull out in tight gaps! It's a shame that they can only be used a couple of times before either becoming too flexible or losing the rubber tip but at this price at least it's not going to break the bank to replace them. As other reviewers have said, dip the tip in your toothpaste before using for a more effective clean. Doing this also makes it easier to push the brush through the gaps in your teeth as the rubber tip can sometimes provide resistance. Would recommend! I will be buying more. (I believe the six packs of 20 offer better value but bought these to try first).

Excellent product
I was always being nagged by my dentist and hygienist to floss my teeth more. I found flossing very difficult. The floss would get stuck in places and not reach the problem areas.I then tried those wire mini bottle brushes which were expensive as they couldn't be reused once the wire got bent, which happened frequently. One day I found these and thought I'd try them. All problems solved. I can go round my whole mouth very quickly and easily. If they are angled correctly they last much longer than the wire ones. The cost is less too. The dentist and hygienist are happy!

Dentist Recommended and Fabulous
My dentist recommended I use this product specifically for cleaning between my teeth. They are easy to use and great value for money, but they are also quick to bend and break meaning you may need to use two or three each time you clean in the earlier stages. The fine brush heads are very small and the rubber is more comfortable on the teeth and gums than traditional metal brush type cleaning instruments.Since using this product my oral hygiene has drastically improved and my dentist barely sees me anymore.

Take yer pick
If you have teeth with gaps as wide as these brushes - you're luckyThey do a bigger diameter version but if you are of the species Homo Sapien - then these smaller ones would likely be best suited. The bigger ones are more suitable for cleaning inside bottles or chimneys. But even these smaller ones get caught up in small gaps. The theory is good - silicone brushes, nice and kind but tough. I bought them because the wire type interdentals are a bit aggressive and the wire soon loses it's stiffness and they become unusable. These, however, are silicone mounted on a type of thermoplastic which has no tolerance for sharp bends - so in practice, these things are fine, with a nice cleaning sensation but if you bend them, they are goosed because the plastic under the silicone often breaks or at least entirely loses rigidity laterally - leading to a flaccid interdental device which then is as much use as a chocolate fireguard. They are a lot cheaper than the wire type however, so if you are prepared for a probable one time use per stick - then rock on and take yer pick.

A little big for 'fine' but get the job done.
After realising that threading floss through braces took forever and was impossible without a mirror I got some interdental brushes from my dentist but they were something like £5 for 5 of them and made of metal. I decided to try these once i'd worn them all out and they work well, they're easy to hold and to move around. The only downsides are that the tips are probably twice the size of the ones I previously used, they do still fit between my teeth but it's pretty difficult and hurt at first. The plastic/rubber feel is nice too compared to metal wire covered in pretty much bristles but they can bend and get weak pretty easily.
