Poor quality
I was initially delighted with this piece untilI started to put it together as I attached the rungs of the ladder the first screw I placed sheered off so I tried the next rung and the same thing happened so I returned it for a refund . It did look like really nice quality but the screws were very weak .

Ok
It’s ok . One screw broke and half got stuck in the whole. Doesn’t affect function as on the other side I managed to screw it in properly . But another screw bent too so I did struggle with that . I think it is a bit overpriced for what it is .

The quality was unacceptable. Not only did two screws break, but the wood was also chipping.
The ladder is a disaster! The screws broke while trying to assemble it because the metal was so weak. I had to return the first one and ordered the second one, hoping for a better experience, but it turned out to be even worse. The wood was chipped and the finishing was terrible. It's a headache to deal with and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
