As a rule of thumb, however, I'd advice anyone using the running lights to avoid submerging them into water. Great product. I attached mine to my armband case when jogging and it stayed on fine. Also use it attached to horse-riding clobber. Pretty sturdy I reckon... plus there is a Velcro fastener included if preferred which is v strong (but little so needs to be looked into something else).
