Can I freeze it.? Thanks

I froze these when I bought them. 2 years on it still works fine. Now I will buy another ;-) I just put in lukewarm water straight out the freezer and it melts in couple of mins.

It's a great yeast for sure. Never had a problem with it in breads, and that's including whites, wholemeal, ancient grains and ryes. Also in ciabatta and focaccia.... delivery is pretty good to and well packed. Hope this helps.

Need to kneed to now the expire date for this fresh yeast please

It is written on each individual packet. The ones I have at the moment are dated 19/02/21. However, I judge the condition of each packet; I have known yeast be unusable before the date on the packet - usually in summer - but it most often is usable way beyond that date. By the way, it is very good yeast.
