Mine came with a full set of adapters for UK, US, or EU and all necessary cables. Seems low noise and a nice small size and weight to fit under a board. The mains power cable on mine seems different from some of the ones in other reviews. So far so good.

I like it and the brick itself works perfectly, but it came with a European plug. Got the money from Amazon to replace it with UK plug. Just be aware :)

Great Product but came with a US power adapter!!
The worst thing about this is that it came with a US Power adapter even though I ordered from UK amazon - This is very annoying but from looking at other reviews it doesn't look like it happens to everyone. I have had to buy a US-UK power adapter to rectify this problem.However, the product itself is great. The sleek, small design makes it an ideal power supply for a cluttered or small pedalboards. Short circuit LEDs are great and very helpful.
