Lakeland Moth Stop Carpet Moth Killer & Freshener Spray 500ml – Effective For 3 Months Covers 25m²

This product actually works very well and I am pleased to say it worked well on One spray of carpets and woolens, and finished off the infestation on the second spray a week later. The smell is OK too.No moths for about two years, so I think a great product.

Great product. Works really well. We have 100% pure wool carpets throughout our house and moths are partial to them. We use this product to eradicate them and it’s very effective. Would recommend

The beginning of a moth infestation - originating from a hand knitted woollen shawl just on a shelf in my bedroom (now removed, washed, and clean but holey) - arose when I noticed more than I would expect tiny moths flying around, here and there. I started with Moth Stop spray, alone. I had bought Moth Stop hangers, but they were so strong smelling I couldn't stand them. I sprayed moths and clothes and carpets. Unfortunately this was not enough. I delved further, vacuumed, tidied, and found eventually the source, the shawl. I bought more spray, sprayed into clothes, all carpet edges over the house, and bought more hangers. Instead of hanging, I put one under my bed at the edge of the carpet, another under the open clothes wardrobe, and others here and there. With all three Moth Stop things in place, spray, hangers and Moth Stop sticky catcher trap, and zapping any moth I saw with the spray immediately as well, it seems I am on top of it all now, and Moth Stop has worked, thank goodness. I keep a bottle of the spray to hand to make sure I prevent things coming back now. Hangers still in place in various places, and trap still there.

At last I found something to control the carpet moths in my house and I like the smell. If you think how much it would be to get professional exterminators in, the slightly high price tag of a bottle each month is well worth it.

I sprayed the whole wardrobe and each clothing and garment, but the moths that flew into the room were still happily flying around it and went to hide inside the wardrobe.I managed to catch one by swishing around a sticky moth trap and luckily it spread all the eggs onto the glue. So the pleasantly smelling spray didnt help against the flying ones, but I cant see what had happened to the larvae, so I'm still hopeful and gave 3*Will update when I pull out my garments from the vacuum bags in 3 months time...

I had a Moth (Tineola bisselliella) infestation in my wardrobe. I always keep it clean and tidy but the nasty little buggers would come out from there and fly around the house during evening and nighttime, disrupting my meals, watching films etc. I thought enough is enough. I decided to look on Amazon to see if i could find a solution and there it was.This product works wonders. The moment it arrived it came in a huge box. I unpacked it, read the instructions and then sprayed it all over my clothes and the entire wardrobe. Don't worry It's completely harmless to clothes (including designer) and leaves a nice smell.Straight away i noticed the Moths dropping to the ground like Flies lol (no joke) and quivering, then eventually dying. I never seen anything like that but bloody felt good. I can't believe how effective this actually is. Moths do not like this product at all and I have not seen a single one since. I can now enjoy meals and watch a film without worrying about them flying past me. Feels like home again!I highly recommend this to anyone having issues with clothes Moths or Moths in general.Does the job nicely!!!
