Orange blossom water
Great in Persian stews & as a cordial. Haven’t tried it in cakes yet but it’s going to happen & smells good enough to dab behind your ears

Taste of Morocco
Whilst staying in a Riyad in Tangier, I noticed the coffee there had a wonderful floral aftertaste. The owner explained they use orange blossom water in the coffee. wow, I had seen the orange trees growing around the medina. When I got home I craved the taste of this coffee so I got this to try. It's exactly the same. You only need a tiny amount in your coffee. For a mug of coffee, less than 1/2 a teaspoon is plenty. So this 100ml will last a year I imagine.
