Well made, but the magnet is a bit strong, and the screw holes are difficult to align, but I managed it. Hopefully my cat will learn to push through. I used masking tape on day one to keep it open. Day two, I removed the magnet and tape so that it just swings and he has to push it open with very little force. He easily managed it. I'm going to re-fit the magnet in a few days once he's used to it. See if he pushes harder or just thinks it's locked!

It fit well. Easy for my to install. Maybe I dont like that it can be unlocked from the outside but I found a way.

The PetSafe Staywell Classic Cat Flap was very easy to install and worked well initially. However, within six months, our cats managed to break the door flap. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a fairly common issue. That said, it's not a particularly expensive item, so we decided to purchase a second one and give it another try. It does the job, but just be aware that you might end up replacing it sooner than expected. Still a decent option for the price.

Great product straight forward fitting, I just needed to buy a tunnel as this is not provided which proved to be a bit of a challenge. However, once fitted it looks great I just have to get my cat to use it lol.

Excellent product at a very reasonable price delivered within 24 hours. Relatively easy to install. But check whether you need the "tunnel" which is really only required for very thick doors. If you get it wrong, and I did, it is quite easy to cut off the excess.

This is the 2nd cat flap I’ve fitted since my cats died so it should have been a simple replacement of the broken one in my back door, oh no, the holes were in the right place but the 3 halves would not screw onto each other because the metal connector for the screws slipped. I rectified matters with a little sellotape to stop the sliding and all is fine now - simple and cheap fix to a draughty cat flap !

It's not a bad cat flap - but I can tell that it was designed by somewhat who never owned a cat. The flap has a magnetic strip that keeps the flap very firmly in place. A shy or stupid cat (I have 2 cats - one is smart and another is shy/stupid) might simply not figure out how to open it. The solution is to take out magnetic strips and try to demagnetize them. The flap door is firmply in place (by gravity) even when the magnetic strips are demagnetized. For this reason - I am giving 3 stars, having to fiddle with taking magetic strips out and demagnetizing them.

It's sturdy and easy to use but if you have a door that isn't quite thin you will have to be a little bit crafty since there's no spacer included.

Gute Verarbeitung, sehr praktikabel, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und glücklicherweise schon seit langem immer wieder (nach-) bestellbar. Auch Einzelteile können praktisch ausgetauscht werden. Wir haben diese Katzenklappe nun schon zum dritten Mal und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Klappe wurde schnell geliefert. Die Katzen nutzen sie intuitiv schnell richtig. Prima! Man muss sich aber bewußt sein, dass es eine "einfache" Klappe ohne Chiperkennung ist.

As for many years already, still the best cat door. Easy, no electronics, just works.

Franchement plutôt simple a installer dans une porte vitrée. En 15/20 min c’était installé, dans la partie pleine isolante de la porte. Elle est bien étanche avec la fermeture magnétique. Je recommande et le chat aussi :)
