I purchased this chair for a semi-commercial sewing machine I occasionally use. I had one of those saddle workshop stools that is so uncomfortable. Now I know why they call them a stool. Anyway I did not need the headrest or arms, but it was an inexpensive chair and did not look cheap. It is comfortable. I only had it a day, when I noticed the headrest was gone. I sat down on it and found it to be totally uncomfortable and the seat had become hard. I then realized it was not the chair I had just purchased. I walked into my wife's office/room and noticed she had her head resting on MY headrest and her buttock on MY soft seat bottom. She was dozing off into happy dreams. I now have a sewing chair that sucks, but is better than the stool. Did I mention this chair is Obviously Nice?

The chair is very durable and comfy with customizable height, headrest, and arm support. It has a decent lean amount (good enough lean amount). Has wheels to roll the chair around easily. (adds more friction if you have a carpet floor, but still rollable). The only issue is that the lumbar support is not that good. I often forget it has one. Other than that, its a very good chair. I recommend it. It is also very easy to assemble. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow.

Ashley, love the chair. I’m 6 foot 184 pounds and the lever broke within a year reach out to the company for the warranty never heard back and now it’s past a year and I’m stuck with a chair that makes me feel like I’m sitting in kindergarten again kind of let down because I did love this chair for the Few months. The cylinder to adjust up-and-down works. I usually don’t do reviews, but I wanna be honest because while it’s not the most expensive chair, it’s not the cheapest, one year warranty. I was still within, I submitted an email even found a phone number to call which was a lot of waste of time, but felt like I was getting somewhere. A few weeks went by I forgot about it to be honest look back had no communication response went to call again and realized I was past my one year mark on the warranty and after my previous frustration and time to get nowhere, I want to circle back and write this review but again absolutely love this. You’re not nothing but great things to say about it. However, all I would’ve needed was a quality customer service to get back to me fix the cylinder or me sending the chair whatever it is, and I would’ve give this five stars so be aware of people. I

I agree with some of the other reviews I have read about this chair, it's a little cheap, but really worth what you're paying for it. This is my first office chair that I am getting new and for what I paid for it I am honestly impressed. For me it works exactly what I would look for in a chair. It's fairly comfortable, as of now I haven't had any issues with it, and though the armrest are not adjustable you are able to angle them back so they are out of the way (this is my preference). I will say that you can see frays and scratches on the plastic material, as well as some other things, but after bringing this up to their customer support they were extremely cooperative and easy to figure out a resolution to the issue. This would have been a 4/5, but the customer support team was fast responsive and very easy to work with. Because of this I am actually considering getting another one other there chairs.

I bought this chair in January 2024 it is now Oct 2024 and the back of the chair leans back considerably, i'm having to check pretty often to see if the setting is right underneath it and it just seems to be getting worse and worse. Another thing I didn't consider when buying this chair is that the arm rests are not adjustable and that makes the chair a bit more uncomfortable. Apart from that its comfort is ok. I Personally would look for and will be looking for a different chair shortly to replace this one.
