It was alot bigger than expected.

Size was much bigger then expected from this product but it was delivered within 5 days of purchase and was discretely packaged. would purchase again if it was needed

It does not work well. I won't get that product again

My wife loves it. But I personally find it very discomforting. It’s very tight and for some reason it starts suctioning air to the point that it squeezes my penis and begins to hurt after a while.

Many extenders are soft and/or odd to wield, but this one is neither of those. Securing over the balls may or may not be challenging, so I'd highly suggest placing it on before applying lube. HER perspective: like other reviewers mention, this toy is not small so please take care ESPECIALLY upon initial entry. Except for well-trained subs, this is NOT a "surprise" toy. Most women will find either the length or the girth challenging (possibly both), at least at first. That said, any woman who's given birth *should* be able to enjoy this, but it's on you to warm her up sufficiently and push her bounds SAFELY. My experience: I had sub turned nearly inside out, went slowly, and had zero problems. Sub saw it after the scene and was in utter disbelief at how much she was able to take. HIS perspective: other reviewers (on this and other extender products) discuss whether or not you're big enough to fill it up could possibly be a problem. I couldn't fill this thing up without surgery, but the firmness of the toy + my junk worked perfectly. Although...if she's really going ham front/reverse cowgirl, then it might(?) need some additional support/stability - not exactly sure. Hmmm - new goal LOL
