Very sticky, perfect for hand tennis blisters
I've had tennis blisters on my hand from a lot of lockdown tennis. Needed to keep playing and this tape is great. I have played for 2 hours without it shifting. It moves well and is very sticky. You do need to use a lot and for my purposes I have to tear it into thinner strips as it's quite wide. But does the job great.

Excellent tape
Excellent basic tape. Sticks really well even when re-stuck. Stays stuck as long as you want it to. used it to tape damaged toes - walking 8 miles a day with no discomfort or chafe. Didn't budge. Is not flexible and leaves some residue behind.

Help for Plantar Fasciitis and heel inflammation
I’ve suffered from plantar fasciitis for a while now but advice on Youtube suggested my problem was more likely to be heel inflammation. One particular therapist advised the use of this tape and showed how to use it. Whilst not startling, the results have been good as I play football every week on a hard all weather surface and before using the tape, post match pain was very noticeable. It is much less so now, so I will continue to use the tape until the heel inflammation dies down.

Best that i’ve tried
The best zinc oxide tape i’ve tried. Im using it on my foot/ankle and even for such flexible joint it sticks very well and stays on even if working up a sweat. Other tapes i used, even brand ones, come unstuck pretty quickly. This one will stay on and take the stress and has saved me from reinjuring couple of times. It will also rip out all the hair and leave bit of glue behind but thats a small sacrifice really.

This tape is excellent
I'm no connoisseur of sports tape but this is the best I've used to date. It adheres well, it conforms to shapes better than others I've used and it protects from rubbing and abrasion very well. And it's a nice big roll. It does leave some adhesive residue at the edges when you take it off, but this residue is easily removed by wiping with the sticky surface of the used tape before you throw it away.

Sticks to your socks as well as your feet!
This tape worked very well for me to prevent blisters. It applied easily and wasn't difficult to get off again. However, it somehow manages to get sticky on the outside during wear and then attaches itself firmly to the inside of your socks. It was harder to remove from my socks than from my feet. The sticky residue left on the socks has not completely washed out. Over time I think it will ruin my socks.

Perfect for grappling / brazilian jiu-jitsu
If this is the reason you're looking for this tape, then look no further. It's expensive, compared to other tapes, but it's different. First of all, I rip it in thin stripes, like 5-6mm (best way to hold those torn knuckles) - and it rips really well, which makes my life so easy. Also, it sticks really well and doesn't come off with sweat, as most of the other tapes I have used do.I am pretty sure there are some other branded tapes that do a similar job, it's just me that I found this one works the best so far.

good tape, good for waxing
The tape was sticky and held on for 24 hours, even when in the shower. I used it on my wrist because of some pain when I placed weight on to it and with the tape I managed to do my daily amount of push ups, which was the first time I'd managed that in a week of wrist pain. So all good there. However, and this is probably more to do with myself than the product in question, but for any fellow people with arm hair, you might want to consider how to remove this after you're done. I gave myself an instant wax when trying to remove it and ended up with a bald wrist! It was the first time I'd used this type of tape before so maybe I should considered that beforehand but I didn't.But I will use it again because it was helpful for me. And if I use it on another body part I might want to consider a quick shave of said part before I apply it.
