Good For You .

I take this product at I am not a meat eater don't like the flavour to much but its a lot better than other products I tried before I came across this the taste passes quickly after taken so its great for me to keep my iron levels up. Good price on Amazon its a lot more expensive on other sites .

Finally got my scales calibrated

I first bought the smaller values set, one scales had a calibration settings at 500g and the other lets you change the value. I tried calibrating the latter scales but whatever I tried, putting the other weights on the scale always had a bit of difference in the decimal place values. So I bought the 500g one which is huge compared to the smaller set. Using calibration mode which defaults to 500g with the 500g seems to have done the trick. I found doing it twice helped. Be aware that even blowing on these scales causes a sizable deflection in the grams value let alone the decimal place values. Having calibrated each scales twice with the 500g, the scales now show the values of the smaller weights accurately and consistently across both scales. Only the 5g showed a slight difference which was consistent across both so I can only guess it being related to the 5g being a direct multiple of 500. I'm now happy that they have been calibrated. In short, see what the scale require as a calibration weight before buying. Entering calibration mode (showing CAL) required holding the 'units' button and the other the 'mode' (M) button.
