Works great. Easy to interface with arduino.

Nice and low cost laser and receiver module. The receiver sensor will react to mostly any light source I tested (green or red lasers, white lamp from phone, and a flashlight). If you plan on using this for a project, you'll need to cover the sensor with a tube to restrict stray light sources.Pay attention to the orientation of the light sensor, if you put it in backwards, it will fry. The side with the lens bump, faces inwards onto the board (see pic).

One receiver package was missing the receive phototransistor, but overall, it was exactly what I expected for the price. These work good and I will definitely buy these again when I need more.

There are no instructions, but it might be helpful to know that pin labeled "S" on laser transmitter is Vcc, and pin on the other side is ground. Middle pin is not connected. Also, despite the indication in the product description, the output of the sensor is HIGH when not illuminated, and LOW when illuminated. Also, it is important to know that the laser should illuminate the FLAT face of the sensor, not the face with the bubble.But all parts work and were great quality.
