Q: Could you use the crevice tool to vacuum upholstery?

Yes, but the tube it connects to is quite short. I end up picking up the vacuum (which is very light) to reach the seat and back of the couch.

Q: How is it on pet hair? That's mainly what I need it for and there's not many reviews

It is great with pet hair. That is why I bought it. I live with a cat who sheds a lot and in an apartment with carpets. It works beautifully

We have 110 volts and the standard plug for the US and it works fine
