Really happy with this doll, she looks great! It was her face sculpt, hair and lip colour that particularly appealed to me.I even like the random pets the Barbie Extra dolls come with. This one has a koala. What's a koala got to do with anything?? No idea, but it's still cute so I'll gladly take it!Definitely recommend her for both children and adult collectors alike. And if her outfit has a bit too much going on colour-wise for your taste I think she'd look fab re-styled too.

I originally bought her for her clothes, but after a week I decided to put her on a made to move body and sort her hair out, an omg I love her, she’s so pretty, her hair is nice quality not like regular Barbie extra dolls, she’s now in my top 10 displayed Barbies, the stock photos do not give her justice at all, in the pics u will see I trimmed her hair, I felt it was too long, but that just my preference x

I'm writing this review from the perspective of an adult collector. These day's I mostly only buy vintage Barbie dolls but our lilac haired friend here caught my eye. I was actually waiting for her to be released here and couldn't wait to order her when she finally did become available. Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed. The quality of her hair is awful. When I first removed her from the box, her hair was very dry and slightly tangled. Naturally, I got to work brushing her hair in a bid to improve its appearance. The brushing just made it puff out into a frizzy ball.The little cardigan she is wearing is nice and is actually made from a good quality material. This is the thing that got adult collectors excited all over social media. It's pretty sad because back in the 90s an item of clothing like this was the norm for Barbie. It's sad to see that the quality of the Barbie dolls Mattel are releasing is so poor, that a simple little cardigan is now special. The rest of the outfit is alright, I don't find the shorts particularly flattering. The butterfly hair clips and ring are cute and she has a lovely for sure.I don't recommend this doll for children. Her hair is already so awful, a child's rough play would probably finish it off entirely. If you have a young child, buy them cheaper fashionista. An older child would probably appreciate a well looked after vintage doll or one from the collectors line, both of which can easily be found online.

The media could not be loaded. I love the doll and everything. However, it came with dirty hairs on the exterior BOX. I understand that it was outside the box, but it wasn't as presentable as I had hoped and the Koala bear painting looks like it is wearing off. LEFT SIDE of it looks like someone chucked it across the room and it smashed it slightly and the paint (Camera blurs it but if you look closely you CAN see it) is wearing off. Just a bit off this packaging. I was starting to think the doll and product was used and just out back in the box. Strange delivery, ESPECIALLY AS I PAID EXTRA for it to arrive the next day. Beware of their product..

We only purchased this doll solely for the clothing and to do a body swap. My little one fell in love with the cardigan and has since put it on her other Barbie doll. We did notice that this dolls hair is not that great sadly and easily became quite matted. Thankfully we won’t be using this dolls head for anything.
