Review of Energizer 634352 AA Ultimate Lithium Battery
Rating: 4.8/5 Overview: The Energizer 634352 AA Ultimate Lithium Battery is one of the most advanced and high-performance AA batteries on the market. It’s designed to offer long-lasting power and reliability for a variety of devices, including cameras, remote controls, torches, and other high-drain electronics. These lithium batteries stand out due to their remarkable shelf life, lightweight construction, and ability to perform under extreme conditions. Key Features: Exceptional Battery Life: One of the most impressive features of the Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA is its long-lasting performance. It boasts up to twice the runtime of regular alkaline batteries, making it perfect for power-hungry devices like digital cameras, GPS devices, and other high-drain electronics. Users report noticeable improvements in runtime, particularly in high-use gadgets where frequent battery changes are typically required. Lightweight Design: At just 33% lighter than standard alkaline batteries, the Ultimate Lithium AA is perfect for portable devices. The lightweight design makes them ideal for travel and outdoor use, where reducing weight is crucial, such as in camping gear, flashlights, or drones. Outstanding Shelf Life: These batteries have an incredible shelf life of up to 20 years when stored properly, which is significantly longer than most regular alkaline batteries. This makes them a great option for devices that are rarely used, such as emergency backup equipment, smoke detectors, or seasonal items like Christmas decorations. Wide Temperature Range: The Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA batteries are built to work in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +60°C. This makes them highly suitable for use in challenging environments, such as outdoor activities, extreme sports, or in devices that need to perform in both cold and hot conditions. Leak-Proof Technology: Energizer has incorporated leak-proof technology into these batteries, which prevents the leakage of harmful chemicals that can damage your devices. This is a particularly important feature for gadgets with long storage periods or those that may be used intermittently. Environmentally Friendly: While lithium batteries generally have a smaller environmental footprint compared to regular alkaline batteries, the Ultimate Lithium AA is also designed to have a lower environmental impact over time. Energizer is committed to producing more sustainable energy solutions and reducing harmful waste. Performance: In terms of performance, the Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA consistently delivers superior results across a wide range of devices. Whether you’re using them in a camera for a long photo shoot, in a flashlight for camping, or in a gaming controller, these batteries perform admirably. Users frequently mention that they provide reliable and consistent power, even in devices that tend to drain batteries quickly. For instance, when used in digital cameras, the Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries typically allow for hundreds of photos to be taken, even under continuous use. This is especially impressive when compared to the lower power capacity of traditional alkaline cells. Pros: Long-lasting power: Twice the life of standard AA batteries. Lightweight and durable: Perfect for travel and high-drain devices. Long shelf life: Can last up to 20 years in storage. Great for extreme temperatures: Performs well in both cold and hot conditions. Leak-proof: Protects your devices from corrosion. Environmentally friendly: Lower environmental impact than regular alkaline batteries. Cons: Price: The main downside of the Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA is the cost. At nearly double the price of regular alkaline batteries, they can be a bit pricey for everyday use in low-drain devices. However, considering the longer lifespan and performance, they can be a more cost-effective choice in the long term for high-drain gadgets. Limited availability in stores: While widely available online, it can be harder to find these batteries in physical stores, especially outside of major retailers. Who Should Buy the Energizer 634352 AA Ultimate Lithium Battery? The Energizer 634352 AA Ultimate Lithium Battery is ideal for those who use high-performance electronics that demand long-lasting, reliable power. This includes: Photographers who need dependable power for their digital cameras. Outdoor enthusiasts who require batteries that can withstand extreme temperatures and provide long-lasting power for gadgets like torches, GPS devices, and headlamps. Tech users who use power-hungry gadgets like gaming controllers, wireless devices, or handheld devices. Emergency preparedness: If you need batteries that will hold up in emergency kits, these are a solid choice thanks to their 20-year shelf life. Conclusion: The Energizer 634352 AA Ultimate Lithium Battery is an excellent choice for anyone needing reliable, long-lasting power in their devices. While the higher price point may be a consideration for those using batteries for everyday household items, the performance benefits more than justify the cost for anyone using high-drain electronics or requiring batteries for extreme conditions. Overall, it’s a top-tier product that delivers in every way—whether you're an avid photographer, an adventurer, or simply looking for batteries you can rely on for critical moments.

Great quality and Value for money
Great quality and Value for money - These lithium batteries are game changers for many devices - I use them in Blink outdoor camera and they are amazing and literally last for years before needing changed. They have a great capacity and are very powerful - A bit more expensive that non lithium but they are a totally different battery.

Great batteries for long term storage and extended use
These are expensive batteries, but they are lithium. The main advantage and why I got them is because they do not leak over time when stored or used for extended periods for low power use cases, such as Elevation Lab's AirTag 10-Year Extended Battery Case.

Great value and lasts a long time
Seems to last longer than some batteries

Expensive, but they are superior in many scenarios for at least 3 reasons.
You may be looking at these and asking yourself "Why would I spend so much on batteries? I can get them way cheaper from Duracell." Note these are Lithium batteries. Not alkaline. Do your own independent research to confirm my claims. I've switched to lithium batteries almost entirely for the following 3 reasons: - They have very long shelf lives. Ever pulled a torch out of the cupboard a few years after you last changed the batteries - just to find it's struggling or dead? As per what research shows online, I don't find that to be the case with Lithium batteries. They have a superb shelf life, and even hold up well to the cold (great for that little torch you keep in your car's glovebox). - They don't leak. I've lost several tools/gadgets to leaky Alkaline batteries. Completely corroded the battery contacts beyond realistic repair. These, I can confirm, do _not_ leak. - They will sustain high power output. Not often a necessity of mine - but occasionally I grab them for use in an external camera flash - and they "recharge" the flash fast, every time. They can sustain that high power delivery. What _isn't_ different (in my experience) to cheaper Alkalines? They don't "last" any longer in terms of active use. Clocks, thermostats, stuff like that - I haven't noticed any meaningful difference in how regularly I'm replacing the batteries. These cost more, so you may wish to gamble leak-liable Alkalines for those situations. Personally, having lost a thermostat to a bad Alkaline leak, I'd rather pay the extra for Lithium batteries than £35 for a whole new thermostat. Also make sure the appliance you're putting them in says its Lithium compatible, as the voltage can be slightly lower (and the "drop off" of voltage when the battery nears depletion can be _very_ different to Alkaline). Smoke detectors, in particular, might be something you choose (given your life depends on them) to stick with approved Alkalines. I put these Lithiums in our smoke detectors - and they do tend to not give the "low battery beeping" so reliably. Therefore it is _even more_ critical that I routinely check the smoke detectors by pressing the test button. But, except for those small caveats, Lithium is absolutely superior. You can buy a pack of 10, leave 3 spare, and in 3 years' time - they'll still be perfectly usable.

Expensive but long lasting
These batteries are expensive but are value for money. I use them for Blink cameras and doorbell. Two of the batteries still have a charge after more than 5 years. The doorbell uses 2 batteries over 15 months and more
