Using for many years and still working
The media could not be loaded. Still going strong. After many years of using still perfectly good. Great grip. It’s easy to use.

Easy and apparently safe
Overall, pretty good. Firstly, good value. Secondly, easy to set up and as far as being robust/secure, a bit early in usage to date but un jiggly local roads it has kept my iPhone XR in place with no issues apart from my own neurotic concerns. Would recommend from my experiences.

Very good for the price. Fits OnePlus Three perfectly.
It works well for a OnePlus Three. Assembly is quite simple. The fact that it has a ball-joint means you have excellent range of movement and positions. At first I thought the handlebar clamp looked a bit thin and flimsy, but then realised it has to be a bit flexible to be able to fit over the handlebars. It seems good enough, but I'll be keeping an eye on it, particularly if it takes any knocks. You get three strips of rubber to use as shims to make sure you get a tight fit on the handlebars. You also get three different thicknesses of foam backing to go behind the phone. This enables you to fit whichever thickness works best for your phone(s) to assure a snug fit. I've only been out with it twice, but it's looking good so far. I like the way it grips the phone. The ratchet works well, as does the release. It seems like a good bit of kit for the price.

Rear screw lost
Had a few years use. Basic but does the job. The large and adjustable clips hold larger phones. However, be aware, I have the rear screw can drop out and I need a replacement. Does anyone know how to contact Grefay direct to get a replacement part?

Great for the bike
This item comes in a smart box and with decent instructions. Fitting is straight forward with no tools required and the ball joint allows for fine tuning to get the perfect viewing angle. It comes with three sticky foam inserts to ensure a snug fit - I would recommend trying one at a time to get the right fit as removing them would be pretty difficult. I would also say use a gel case on your phone for added grip in the corners and to protect it from scuffs. The holder is very adjustable and should hold the largest of smartphones. Once tightened with the dial it locks securely in place, the release mechanism requires a certain technique but is fine once you get the hang of it. I have done a few rides over smooth and not so smooth terrain and have been very impressed with this device. The phone has not budged a single millimetre in all that time, remaining safe and secure but easy to read at the same time. Recommended.UPDATE - after my 8th or 9th rude, it did "flop" on me however the design kept the phone perfectly safe. I noticed that there is is a screw inside the thumbscrew that can be tightened with an Allen key. Problem solved.UPDATE 2 - I've since upgraded to a Garmin so no longer need this and it had also started to flop more once the rubber strips worked loose. I'd classify this more a starter item rather than along term solution particularly if you bike during the winter. As I'm taking my cycling more seriously I now have a Garmin Edge 1030 for navigation/training and my phone is kept in a WildMan crossbar bag where it is visible but also waterproof.

Doesn't rattle and does the job perfectly
Easy to install, doesn't rattle and holds a phone securely. It has a sturdy plastic design. The handle bar clamp can be left in place if you unscrew the tightening adjuster behind the plate. Some kind of quick release would have been ideal but I suspect this would compromise the sturdiness and anyway, it's no bother to just unscrew. As for compatible phones, it appears to take very small or indeed huge phones. My Iphone SE v1 with a case fits perfectly as does my wife's new SE with shock proof case.A great quality device, well worth the modest price.
