I have recently started using this printer after buying. In the start it was ok but it has many technical issues with connection etc. It always keeps on giving errors. Sometimes the error is paper is over, even though paper is there, sometimes it takes too long to take the assigned task etc. It is indeed a terrible experience. Currently, I am unable to use from 2 weeks as the error is ‘printer requires paper’ that I am not able to fix despite multiple attempts. I would like to return this product that is terrible on technical end as it is faulty. Please contact me for return or let me know the possible solution but I don’t want to keep it any more. It is a sheer waste of money, time and energy.

Easy ti setup and use, great for home users. Easily connected to WIFI

It's a good product for the money. You have a printer/copier/scanner. It is, as others have said, lightweight and a little flimsy in parts. After reading reviews on connectivity I purchased a cable, at the same time, as back up. I did attempt to connect via the WiFi but after several attempts I reverted to the cable set up. I don't think it's necessarily the printer that is at fault but a combination of your WiFi/Internet settings too. Cable set up was easier, however it asks for administrator password. This took me a while to figure out however, to save time for others print out the info sheet on the printer and it advises the individual printer's password. After that set up was quick and the printer had a strong connection. Printing was good, the print text is lighter than some more expensive printers and fairly light if you use the ink saver. However, that said the printout scans and copies are very clear to read, you do not lose the quality. The printout time is fairly quick for individual/several papers. Ink length varies on what your using it for. If you are printing with dense areas of colour even in greyscale you will use more ink than just general printing of text. To conclude if you're looking for a reasonably priced printer/scanner/copier for general printing of documents/essays/school work perhaps, then it's ideal/sufficient. If your are wanting a fast, multi paper loading, double sided printer for continous use then invest in a more expensive printer and read reviews/write ups. I think some people order blind and expect an all singing, dancing product for little money.

Terrible. Doesn’t connect to WiFi

First - item doesn't include usb cable to connect to pc. Second - as the usb cable is not there, problems occuring with wifi connection, when you press wifi button, basicly no pc or smartphone can not find printer Third - some stupid errors coming at first start, which says no power, then cartridge, then connection, then issues with copy, and so on. It took me all day to set the printer.
