No, these do NOT have to be refrigerated. I have been taking these for over 2 years. They put it there to feed the beneficial bacteria.but it's acting against people how have candida, sibo or food allergies because it stimulate the levels of E coli. It is best to get it from your diet like artichoke, onions, garlic. I hope it helps.
