Good product. Have bought again

Very small capsules - smallest size, i think - but easy to swallow. I take alongside unfortified nutritional yeast flakes. B1 is very calming, but can also give energy. Under stress, it does calm you down. Most people are deficient. Also, deficiency can mimick many health conditions or put them right. I wanted fewer ingredients, sso went for this brand. I'll be buying more from them in future.

I like that these are very clean. No added fillers or chemicals that so many other supplements for some strange reason other companies seem to think is ok to put into a health product. Easy to swallow as well. I am only giving it 4 stars because I have no idea if it is actually doing me any good. I hope it is doing my health wonders lol. Yes , I might buy some more as they are clean.

Exellent product does what it says on the tin + high quality

I find it very dissapointing that companies are allowed to make extra profit from selling you products with no dangerous fillers. It's like profiting during a war. How can it be more expensive to sell a product with less ingredients? I do find it sickening. This was the most expensive B1 - 100mg tablets and it has less ingredients....it's disgusting! They knowingly secretly poison us for decades and then get away with charging us extra to make it right!

Just hoping to give light on the comment above about fillers, and paying more for this b1, it is cheaper to use fillers additives, as its quicker to produce some vitamins with additives , ie there are additives which make the powder put into the capsule to flow better etc, making it quicker to make... I will happily pay a little extra with healthleads, knowing there's less things that we shouldn't be taking..

Through problems with agoraphobia which has affected and limited my diet, I've found I get vitamin deficiencies. There were the occasional gaps or jumps in my memory that took time to recall so looked through the vitamins in case there was something missing and found Vitamin B1,Since I started taking it regularly, the memory jumps went away. I'm not saying this a good for all types of memory loss as I doubt it'll stop problems with old age memory loss leading to dementia and you should certainly consult your doctor over vitamin deficiencies in case something else is going wrong or just ensure your diet has foods containing more B1. If not, then it might be worth trying these.

I noticed the difference in ingredients between Health Leads UK and my former suppliers of vitamins. Obviously I now use only Health Leads UK, and have recently ordered several more replacements for other vitamins I'm taking and have actually added some! Yes they are more expensive but I'm getting what I pay for and not excessive amounts of 'fillers' so I think it's well worth it.Next time I will hopefully still be able to take advantage of the 4 for 3 offer, or in my case 8 for 6, which will alleviate some of the cost.So, if you take vitamins/supplements take a looks at Health Leads UK, and just get what you pay for, your body will thank you.
