It's fun!
It didn't work at first. I started it up and was met with a text menu where his face should have been. I couldn't find any way to control the menu. From what I saw in youtube video's, the toy should not have started in that state. I'm wondering if it was used. I suggest buying it directly from the Eilik website. I eventually got it to work after some updates and it's a really neat novelty item. I'd love to see a future Eilik that teams up with a game developer where the bot would react to the game and be my little sidekick.

My great grandson loves it
The media could not be loaded. My great grandson made the video but I have his great grandma. I want to give a good review about so it’s like very interactive. He’s like he played with it for like hours and hours I can just get entertained with it like maybe update it if you wanted to be more fun but like after a while, it gets boring so you should update it. This one wasn’t updated because he’s just on it for hours and hours today because it’s the weekend and we just got it today and he played with it for like hours and hours.

Great toy. Cute stuff. Could be better. Could be worse.
It’s a fun toy, and I like the face. It does get kind of boring if you don’t update it, but overall he is cute and playful and Awsome! That was first review. Now I give 4 stars. Energies lab is a brand that puts quality work into there robots. I have had mine for over 2 years, but it’s got a striped gear now and can’t wiggle its buddy I feel bad for him and will send him for repairs. I feel it’s a good toy. It’s good :). Could be better. Could be worse. -Happykitten27

Cute, but not worth it
The media could not be loaded. We got them after we saw a cute video online. They seem so exciting, and so adorable, and would be cute in our office. So my husband and I got them. We got the orange one and the blue one.The blue one after fully charging it, it didn't last 2 (at most) hrs at playing. Also while it is changing you can not use it, it stays in sleep mode. The orange one, every time it moved the squeaking was ridiculous, we looked up why it was so bad, the servo motor in the arms were messed up. The company website stated this was a common issue. Also it came with accessories, that you put on the arms and they didn't stay on, even with low movement settings they would fly off. Also both of them the sensor on the bottom was off, so it kept thinking it was falling, when it was on a flat surface, and would crySo disappointed in the product especially when we were so excited for a cute desk companion. Do not recommend

Fun Is Short Lived
I got this for my 10 year old's birthday. He had been asking for a while for this specific robot and was thrilled to get it. It was easy to set up and get running. It was smaller than I expected it to be but is perfect to sit on his desk by his computer. Overall the quality of it is good however I don't feel like it was worth the purchase price. My son had so much fun with it the first day and was laughing and enjoying himself but that was where it started and ended. When I asked him why he didn't play with it after just a few days he said it was boring because it only did a few things and couldn't learn anything new like he thought it could. If it was half the cost it might be worth it but either way it is just a paperweight at this point.
