Way overpriced, difficult & expensive return
The item is very much overpriced. When I returned it, the seller would not issue a return until I provided evidence that the item was delivered to their warehouse, even though I used their return label. Then I had to pay almost $20 postage to return it.

These products a necessary and I am grateful they available to those in need. I only reduced the stars because I believe the cost is too high. It makes me feel like the company is taking advantage of people's poor health conditions for profit.
